Home remedies for dry skin

1. The Oil Therapy

Rubs down in some olive oil/ almond or coconut oil gently on the hands, legs, and the rest of your body before heading to a shower. Heat the oil and then apply for the best result.

2. Cream

Cream is a good moisturizer, Mix a few drops of lemon juice, a teaspoon of milk, and two teaspoons of milk cream and massage into hands and legs. Leave it on for a while before going for a shower. Within a few days, you will see the difference.

3. Cottage Cheese Curd

Curd is an excellent hydrant of the skin, and its antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory help to soothe dry, itchy skin. Apply curd as it is, or mixed it with a little honey and a squeeze of lemon. Leave it on for at least 10 minutes before you wash it off. It is sure to do wonders for your skin.

4. Honey

Honey helps maintain moisture it has antioxidant and anti-microbial properties. This is the reason why it is a coveted ingredient in many skin-care products.

Why spend money on them, when you can buy a bottle of honey (which is cheaper) and use it to treat dry skin? It is very simple to use, lightly heat two teaspoons of any honey applied to the skin (face, hands, and legs) hot. Leave on for 15 minutes and then wash. That’s all nothing better than your skin can ask for.

5. Aloe Vera

If you do not have an aloe plant at home no worry at all. It can be, found in your surrounding, or go to the nearest nursery and get one.

7. Coconut oil

It is another remedy that is usually used for all types of the epidermis, but especially for dry ones. Its benefits are, among others, softness and hydration, leaving it glowing.

Coconut oil, like olive oil, can also be an ingredient in our most homemade masks. For this, we will try to leave it overnight on the skin so that it acts with greater concentration.

8. Almond essential oil
