10. Take 15 ml of Varadi a tonic and mixed it with 60 ml of boiled water. Add a honey and have a spoonful every morning and evening.

12. Grind horse gram to a fine powder, mix it in to a heated sour buttermilk and apply this paste vigorous on the belly fat area.

13. Take a Horse gram makes powder of it and massage in an upward motion it is an effective remedy in reducing body fat. Then Bathe with hot water after the massage.

14. Refrain from non-vegetarian food as far as possible.

15. Exercises such as swimming, walking, jogging can also contribute to weight loss and reduced belly fat.
