Piles are either dry or bleeding, often caused by chronic constipation, the hard, knotty grooves, and the consumption of spices, wine, meat and also for little or no physical activity. Dry cell Piles is more painful, while bleeding piles make a weaker person. Pregnant women, elderly, sedentary people who eat a lot and very often, but not exercise, or the person making the above food items, are more prone to piles. Persistent complaint also can cause other complications such as fissures, tumors, cancer, pain, swelling, itching, etc.

Types of batteries

Dry cell batteries - in dry cells is an inflammation of external hemorrhoids, continuous and unbearable pain while voiding of the bowels.

Bleeding piles - In bleeding piles, internal hemorrhoids start bleeding and excessive bleeding may lead to anemia and emaciation consistent.

Causes of Piles

If a person is suffering from hemorrhoids the anal region become varicose veins. The main causes of hemorrhoids are -

  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Lack of exercise
  • Some morbid conditions of the liver.
Ayurvedic Home Remedies for Piles

Use the Cypress or Juniper oil in the bath or with a few drops of either a bowl of cold water to improve circulation. The abdomen should be massaged with a dilution of 2% oil, any other vegetable oil used as a base oil of rosemary or marjoram.

Commercial creams applied locally processed from extracts -

1. Chestmt Morse (Aescutus hippocastanum)
2. Pilecort (Ranunculus ficaria) or marigold (Calendula officinalis).

Tincture of Hamamelis distillate (Hamamelis virginiana) is astringent and can be safely used as a compress. It will also provide relief from prolonged bleeding, which can also be prevented by the use of tea made from nettle (Urtica Deocca).

All ointments or creams are available in retail pharmacies homeopath. Remember, abundant and frequent bleeding is likely to cause general weakness and anemia, therefore, do not let that continue.

The use of castor oil with milk or a TSP with a hot cup of tea or, better yet, shells Isabghole (1 tsp) hot milk helps soften the stool and thus cause the transition easy and almost painless of it.

Take a teaspoon of triphala with water at bedtime can have its effects.


The patient should be warned not to use a hard seat or ride a horse during the course of treatment.
