Ayurvedic Medicines for Blood Pressure

Untreated hypertension for a long time could be an important risk factor for diseases such as heart attacks, kidney failure, stroke and other disorders such. With the guidance of an Ayurvedic physician, and therapy Niruha chikitsa basti Dhara therapies are considered good for hypertension.

Other home remedies include the use of large amounts of garlic in your regular diet.  Take a mixture of 1 g of garlic in a glass of milk and drink twice a day. Eating two or three cloves of raw garlic is also said fasting blood pressure.

A teaspoon of fenugreek seeds can be soaked overnight in water and had an empty stomach the next morning. This also helps reduce cholesterol levels in the blood.

The powder of the herb "Triphala" can be mixed with hot water and had regularly at night.
